Actor Brendan Fletcher was hospitalized after sustaining an injury during a scene involving a firearm on the set of Canadian drama Cardinal. Tyman Stewart, an agent at The Characters Agency who represents Fletcher, confirmed the incident to The Hollywood Reporter.  Fletcher, who recently appeared in The Revenant, was shooting the CTV drama in Sudbury, Ontario.
