Adjusting the Throttle
Using the wrenches, loosen the throttle cable adjustment jam-nut on the throttle cable. Adjust the adjuster by extending or contracting it until the cable pushes the throttle to the idle position.
The forward idle position is reached by moving the control lever forward.
Return control lever to its original position, via neutral, and into the reverse idle position.

Mireya Mayor (born 1973) is a wildlife reporter for National Geographic and an anthropologist. She was also a former cheerleader for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League. Before obtaining a PhD in anthropology from Stony Brook University in New York, she was a Fulbright Scholar. On the programme Expedition Africa, Mayor was one of the explorers.
